🔥Spaghetti all’Assassina with Burrata 🇮🇹This crispy, spicy, burnt pasta & that creamy burrata on to — Pure perfection! Ingredients 🍝 1 pound spaghetti 🥫 1 can peeled crushed tomatoes 🍅 2 tablespoons tomato paste 🍅 100g tomato passata 🧄 2 garlic cloves 🌶️ 3 dried chili peppers 🫒 Olive oil 🧂 Salt to taste 🤍 Burrata con panna Instructions 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Then add in salt, tomato paste, & passata. Stir it & keep it warm, this is your tomato broth to cook the pasta 2. In a wide frying pan (long enough for spaghetti), heat up olive oil. Then add in garlic cloves & dried chili peppers. Let them sizzle! 3. Add in the crushed tomatoes & spread out the raw spaghetti right into the pan, making sure it lays flat 4. Now don’t stir it! Let the bottom of the pasta burn slightly & make sure you get it crispy! 5. Flip the spaghetti once the first side is charred, & then begin adding in the hot tomato broth, one ladle at a time 6. Let the pasta absorb the tomato broth slowly, crisping & cooking without ever fully boiling the broth 7. Continue flipping the pasta & ladling in broth until the spaghetti is fully cooked & burnt in all the right places 8. Plate it & top it off with creamy burrata.
