We always say “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” In a tough market, let’s make digital networking real. Drop your 1-line elevator pitch in the comments and let’s build a community that lifts each other up. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn and if you think you'd benefit from any of my connections, let me know, I'll try my best to help. I think all parties should clearly outline their requirements and offerings, be their authentic self, no sugar coating, no exaggeration. Only then, an employer would be able to lower turnover rates drastically and improve efficiency, thereby growth. When everything is stated and defined clearly, an employer and employee could be a match made in heaven.....
